Vice President

Phil, the firm's Vice President, is the shareholder responsible for Quality Control, Employee Recruiting, Continuing Professional Education, as well as directing the automobile dealer services team. He is a Virginia Polytechnic and State University alumnus with a B.S. in Accounting.

Though he is knowledgeable and has experience in accounting, auditing and taxation (including federal and state income taxes) Phil specializes in automobile dealerships, non-profit organizations, health care providers, quarries and peer review. He has participated on Membership and Peer Review committees with the Virginia Society of CPAs (VSCPA) and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Phil enjoys Lions Club membership and serves as treasurer of St. Marks Lutheran Church and the Southwest County Soccer Association. His hobbies include tennis and coaching youth soccer teams.
