Vice-President
Frank
is the Vice-President and Shareholder responsible for
Computer Technology and Business Valuations. He earned his
B.B.A. in Accounting at James Madison University.
Certified in business valuations, Frank also specializes in
HUD, VHDA, and FMHA subsidized housing complexes, non-profit
organizations, and government entities. He has extensive
knowledge of federal and state income tax procedures.
As an active professional citizen, Frank is a member of
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the
Virginia Society of CPAs and the National Association of
Certified Valuation Analysts. He has served on the VSCPA
Not-For-Profit Organizations committee and the Technology
Committee and was past vice president of the Roanoke chapter
of the VSCPA.
Frank is also recognized by his peers
as an outstanding accountant, having been voted in Virginia
Business Magazine as one of its "Super CPA's" in business
valuation. He has also been voted "Best CPA" by the readers
of City Magazine.
