Vice President & Treasurer

As Vice President and Treasurer, Bill is the shareholder in charge of Accounting and Auditing. He graduated from James Madison University with a B.B.A. in Accounting.

Bill has experience in all aspects of federal and state income taxes and is knowledgeable in auditing, accounting, and the taxation of HUD, VHDA, and FMHA subsidized housing complexes, retirement homes, construction contractors, quarries, auto dealerships, and non-profit organizations. He also has considerable experience in individual income taxes, personal financial and tax planning, and implementing accounting systems.

He served on both Accounting and Auditing and Professional Ethics committees with the Virginia Society of CPAs and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Bill has participated in the Roanoke Valley Leadership Program and has been a member of the Rotary Club.
